Efectivamente Kendon al igual que otros “salvadores nuestros” como HSasson - de acuerdo con el programa de Discovery Channel - nos han enseñado a comer… segun ellos! pero va uno a ver y los platos quedan mucho mejor cuando los hacen las mamás o las abuelas que en las manos de estos señores. Bueno, lo que no se le debe quitar al Sr. Mac Donald es que su libro es una buena ayuda para quienes nos gusta cocinar por hobbie y tiene muy buenas recetas colombianas (adaptadas)

Escribía en las madrugadas. Había aceptado cada columna que le pidieron porque decía que “periodísticamente, tenía una voluntad de puta”. Cuando le ofrecieron un blog también lo aceptó y se propuso responderles a todos los que escribían, incluso para insultarlo.

A mí se me hacía muy triste que un sujeto inglés cuya madre “no sabía cocinar” venga a “enseñarle a comer” a los chibchas (y que la gran prensa se comiera el cuento, pues no sabía comer).
